New updates indicate a possible hardware issue. The device is being replaced. Quick note, this appears to be a network card, likely related to networking. I recently purchased a Fenvi FV8801 from Amazon (link provided). After installation, everything seems to work—drivers downloaded, Device Manager shows network adapters but no WiFi. Still no connection. I'm seeking advice on what might be wrong. Appreciate any input!
