Hello everyone! As unusual as it seems, the strange audio crackles you're experiencing are only on YouTube. This began after I applied negative voltage (more than -5 all core) to my CPU. Everything else is perfectly normal. I've tested its stability with -30 allcore and even with 90-60-90 (PPT-TDC-EDC), though I'm running at higher settings (120-80-120). The issue appears only here. I'm really confused about what's going on and any advice or explanation would be greatly appreciated.

VDDG and VDDP voltages are recognized for producing issues similar to those occurring when they are either too low or too high.

I haven't adjusted VDDG, VDDP or SOC voltages unless modifying allcore and reducing them too. I noticed some discussions on various platforms about these topics, but I didn't experiment with any related fixes since I haven't worked with them.

I'm not sure why this happened, but I've faced problems even without using PBO. The voltages from my motherboard were too high. This has occurred with the R3 3100, R5 3600, and R7 5800X models. They consistently displayed these specific values. I prefer setting VDDP to 0.95 and keeping both VDDG voltages at 1v.

Verify if adjusting those parameters might reduce the problems from the undervoltage. Appreciate the help!

Adjusted VDDP to 0.9, VDDGs to 0.95, but outcome remains unchanged. Didn't modify the SoCv.

Increase your VDDP to 0.95v. Your 3600 will handle it smoothly at that setting. Regarding the SoC, it seems you can't adjust it directly, but you could safely set it between 1.0v and 1.05v.

Adjust VDDP to 0.95v and SoCv to 1.05v. You can enable the overclocking option for SoC under SoCv settings and tweak it as needed. I'll check the results and let you know soon. Thanks again!

It appears the issue is becoming less common, though I’m uncertain which solution worked best. I reduced the SoCv to 1, but results remain similar to the 1.05 setting. I’m not very familiar with these adjustments and am considering increasing the VDDP value next.

Avoid interacting with PPT/TDC/EDC files. Together with -30, this indicates you're overloading the CPU with power demands while trying to increase performance. Don't want to do that.
