Hey there! It looks like your Windows 10 settings are restricting where new apps store their files. The SSD is set to save to "New apps will save to," which means only files from the current drive (CSmile can be saved there. If you want apps to use the 2TB HDD, you might need to change the storage location in the app settings or adjust the system settings accordingly.

The option to place Windows applications on another drive or SD card was delayed in the initial release of Windows 10. (Likely due to issues and a choice to remove it since fixes weren't possible in time. My assumption.) A 128GB drive should suffice for your system and software, including desktop programs.
