Only a single RAM stick is required for startup.
Details: ASRock B650 PG Lightning Ryzen 7600 7700 XT 2x T-Force Vulcan with 16GB RAM at 6000MHz CL30. When both RAM sticks are inserted into slots A2 and B2 as specified, the system attempts to power up, spins the fans slightly, activates CPU and memory debug indicators correctly during boot, then abruptly shuts down. It restarts a few times before giving up, leaving red debug lights on, the CPU fan running alone, and the screen still inactive. Notes: I can't enter BIOS with both sticks active. Each RAM stick works fine individually. Ran memtest86+ on one stick without issues but couldn't access it when both were used. Checked slots for debris, found none. Didn't inspect the CPU for bent pins as a last resort. Trying A1 and B1 slots; using A2 with one stick didn't help (manual suggests B2). Updated BIOS to version 3.10. Tested XMP and Expo settings, increased voltage to 1.4V—no improvement. I'm not sure if my sticks appear in the memory QVL list despite not being part of it. Please advise if I'm mistaken. Thanks for any assistance!
