I believe speedtest measures just Mbps and kbps, not other metrics.

Keep in mind, the information you just shared is identical. Big B represents a byte, and little b stands for a bit. Mb/s refers to megabits per second. It's frustrating sometimes, but in this context we should aim for clarity. Let's go back to the original poster: @xxWheixx, could you share a screenshot of your Speedtest results? Make sure to hide any IP addresses that belong to you.
