I would perform a few passes with MemTest86. For a quicker check, remove one drive and power on the system, observing its performance. Then test the other drive in its original slot to see if it functions correctly. After that, reunite them and notice any issues. Sometimes the problem lies with a single connection. I believe it's not being used as video memory. According to Google, the 2600 isn't part of the G series (iGPU), so enabling it shouldn't be necessary. It seems like a hardware issue, which reinforces the need for MemTest86.

I removed the sticks, booted up with one, added the other, ran XMP again, did your part, restarted the PC, and it worked. Now at a comfortable 75.4MB, almost nothing left, happy it’s fixed! Thanks for the help—I’ve been working over ten hours. Haha.
