I purchased 32GB of 3200mhz RAM from Corsairs for about $200, which is now a bit expensive compared to the $67 for 16GB on Amazon. In my experience, Task Manager shows a speed around 2133mhz, and I’m still learning about this stuff—maybe it’s normal, but I want to confirm it’s correct or fix it if needed.

No, I didn't enable XMP/DOCP in the BIOS.

No, it isn't specified if the device supports 3200mhz.

It seems your computer starts up quickly, making it hard to access the BIOS. You're not sure what to do next.

Demand is too quick—don’t press esc or F1 right away.

Press the Power button, hold it while shifting the mouse, then click Restart. Go to Troubleshoot and select Advanced options. Choose UEFI Firmware Settings. If needed, restart once more.
