I attempted slots A1 and B1 first. Then I switched to single channel modes. If the issue persists, it might be a faulty stick or a problematic slot after checking all software and BIOS configurations.

The manual indicates placing them in slot DIMMA2 and DIMMB2.

He likely meant to reinstall the memory and hasn't erased the BIOS settings.

It understands that 32GB is present. Therefore it seems to be being identified correctly. There might be a factor preventing the other 16GB from appearing or restricting access. This could stem from BIOS or operating system settings reserving it for another purpose. It may also relate to the motherboard slots, where it can detect it but not both at once due to a technical limitation in those slots. One of the modules might be defective, visible but inaccessible. There are several potential causes. I also observed that the QVL on your motherboard doesn’t list the RAM in its compatibility section that I see. It’s possible it isn’t fully compatible with this board, so you may need to use a different type of RAM for proper operation. The QVL and compatible RAM details are available on the manufacturer’s site here: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-MO...ort-mem-13 I suggest checking your BIOS or operating system settings for any pre-allocated memory sections before proceeding with additional RAM.

Used A1 and B1 but it doesn't start. The EZ debug light is flashing.
