Occasionally removing the kit and reinserting it fixes the problem. If that doesn't work, disconnect the CMOS battery and allow it to discharge completely for about ten minutes before reconnecting.

You might need the second stick in the incorrect position or your iGPU is configured for 16GB RAM. Verify the sticks aren’t adjacent and there’s space between them. If this isn’t the problem, follow the advice given and reinitialize your BIOS settings.

The issue isn't resolved yet; it's still stuck at slots 2 and 4. Your BIOS update didn't fix it. For an iGPU, check your motherboard manual or manufacturer website. Make sure your Ryzen 5 2600 supports the required GPU type.
