Only 14.9GB available out of 20GB, but it's working on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.
I previously had 16GB of identical memory sticks. Over the past two days, the iGPU isn't utilizing them because it's using its VRAM. I noticed it showed only 15.9GB available in Windows. Why is it now using the full amount? It seems to have been set to zero memory and even the processor count was at 7. I left "Number of Processors" and "Maximum Memory" unchecked, and everything worked afterward. Thanks to everyone who helped—great community support! Love you all (NO HOMO) <3
