Consider checking each stick individually to see if any are faulty. Determine how many sticks you own and which motherboard they belong to.

Open Start, enter msconfig in the search bar for programs and files, and select it from the list. Go to the System Configuration window, choose Advanced options under the Boot tab. Check the box that says Maximum memory is not limited, then click OK. Turn off the restart option if you don’t want a reboot, and finally restart the computer.
