You can purchase a copy of ESO for ten pounds. Worth it depends on your needs and budget.

I understand. The project isn't performing well at the moment, and I anticipate it will transition to a free-to-play model eventually with a microtransaction system.

Keep your money safe and grab a Burger King. The longer you wait, the better the experience.

I felt really let down by it, which left me feeling upset. Extremely emotional. There was some excitement at first, but then it became...monotonous. It lacked an engaging element that would keep you hooked.

Really, just saw AJ's video about it; I was mainly trying to explore something new compared to WoW. Probably better to wait until it becomes free-to-play. By the way, if anyone wants a solid MMO, I strongly suggest Tera.

Based on all the information I've received, this game seems to be extremely disappointing.

I didn't think it was just terrible. I felt let down by ESO because the design (similar to a typical MMO) removed the immersive realism that Elder Scrolls games usually offer. When huge groups of the same creature appear everywhere, it instantly feels off from the experience. A more engaging launch would have been possible with smaller player counts—like 4 to 12 people in one world—rather than a crowd of many. I’d probably skip it. I also agree with Semper; it seems likely they’ll move to free-to-play.
