This should be the right place. I just got Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and want to play Zombies. When I try, I need to go online, but the issue is that when I select online it just starts loading and then says "Connecting to online service..." after a minute it shows a failure. My friend nearby (about 100 meters away) can connect, so does this have anything to do with Cod's servers, my internet, or my PC? And what can I do about it?
