I've been working on fixing this problem for a week without success. Whenever I attempt to join a Horizon life session, it takes about five minutes and then displays an error message suggesting I check my DNS settings. I reinstalled Windows four times but that didn't resolve the issue. I tried running it using cellular data, which also failed. I switched my DNS provider to Cloudflare, yet it still doesn't work. It's frustrating because it's the only game my friend plays and we can enjoy together. Despite adjusting my hardware and software, it keeps refusing to connect. If possible, I can see him online in the Xbox game bar and he appears to be there too. I'm trying to join his convoy but it just shows "finding session" without success. One thing I haven't tried is logging into my account on another PC, as I only have one with sufficient storage and performance. I've attached a screenshot of the error for reference. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

When facing problems like these, reaching out to support is always wise. Are you currently using a VPN? Has the Windows telemetry feature been turned off? I’ve experienced similar issues with Forza before. Verify your computer’s date and time—incorrect settings might be contributing to the problem.

Never encountered this before. Tested with telemetry both off and on, same issue. Time and date appear correct on both the Microsoft account and Windows. I’ll look into the BIOS for possible differences. Will follow your advice regarding support, though previous attempts with Microsoft didn’t help much.

The BIOS time configuration is accurate.

Same problem here; I've tried all the solutions but nothing worked. Did anyone else find a fix?
