It seems you're dealing with persistent timing issues in your game. I've attempted various adjustments to the settings—router, modem, internet speed, monitor, and computer specs—but nothing seems to resolve the problem consistently. The game keeps resetting its timing, making it unreliable for critical moments like headshots or fast-paced actions. I've even read about similar complaints online, but the fixes often only last a short time before reverting. This is really frustrating, especially when you're aiming for consistent performance and accuracy.

V-Sync might not fully clarify such a significant lag. Are you connected via wired or wireless? Assuming you use a mouse and keyboard for Valorant, could it be related to your computer's ports or interference with Bluetooth? If wireless is the case, perhaps the issue lies elsewhere. I’m guessing sometimes we need to narrow down possibilities step by step.

I located the issue: Logitech G Hub... likely also when I turned off the fullscreen optimizations on the .exe it helped. But it reappeared 6 games later (record number, never more than 2 games for 8 months). I restarted the PC and the G Hub was still broken but the game ran. After fixing the Hub, the game became laggy again—playing through enemies without being killed. It seems to be the G Hub.

It seems the issue might be linked to the G Hub itself rather than a generic model problem.

Remove the software fully, including clearing the registry. If the issue remains, another factor might be involved. Once it resolves, the problem likely stems from unnecessary bloatware. When unexpected issues arise and known culprits are ruled out, consider a fresh Windows installation with only the newest drivers and no extra programs. Anti-cheat tools often monitor background applications and can raise your ping by using suspicious ports or code, which may degrade your connection. Generally, if your ping exceeds 250ms, this is normal behavior.

Just copying paste, no trouble searching needed.
This is really annoying. I uninstalled g hub and reset the PC. Reinstalled drivers and BIOS (just didn’t install SATA ones because I’m not sure). Everything seems fine now. I was playing a bit more normally but then it went back to what it was before. It’s back to normal again. Almost giving up. This guy is amazing. In Valorant, the issue still exists and the game feels off for everyone, including my team. Please help me 20210702_122639.mp4

The video clearly displays your actions switching between viewpoints in a one-player mode, which may not fully represent the issue you're facing.

I understand your concern. Could you share a clearer, more comprehensive video that explains the issue in detail?

Noticing the issue clearly. My hand freezes and the screen freezes afterward. Edit: I have another video showing the problem more clearly, but it's on my PC. I'll upload it when I get home.
