Hi, I own a Mercusys AC10 router. It was off for a week since I wasn't home. Before that it worked fine. When I tried to turn it back on, it said connected but no internet. Restarted it and the same issue happened. I noticed after restarting, it had internet for about 30 seconds before showing no connection again. I reset the modem too, but nothing changed—it's still working okay. I connected directly from the modem to my PC and got a stable speed. Also, when I first reconnected after resetting, the WAN LED on the router stayed on brightly for 30 seconds, then blinked off when it lost connection. The user manual mentioned: (WAN) Off – port not connected; Flashing – sending/receiving data; On – connected. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
WiFi issues aren't limited to the computer; other gadgets also face similar connectivity problems.
