One monitor operates independently instead of both simultaneously.
I experienced both monitors functioning well for an extended period, but two nights ago after rebooting my PC, the display port monitor stopped working while the HDMI one remained operational. I was unable to resolve it due to time constraints and found myself in a morning when both screens were non-functional. I managed to enter Windows Recovery Mode via BIOS, but upon launching it, both monitors displayed black screens. After a complete reinstallation of Windows, the display monitor functioned correctly, though the HDMI one still had issues. I attempted to download drivers for my RX 6600 XT GPU, which resolved the HDMI problem but not the display port one. Eventually, I tried disabling HDCP in AMD settings on the HDMI monitor and found it worked temporarily. I learned that connecting the Display Port monitor required the cable to be plugged into the first port before the HDMI connector. If the cable connects to the third port, the Display Port fails.
