But did you really compete in League? I decided to join League, but others keep urging me to try DOTA 2 constantly.

yea i spent around 100 hours on league, but i discovered dota 2 to be more complex and flexible with hero options. it demands more skill, like eliminating your own creepers to block exp and gold from the opponent. there are many objectives on the map beyond just towers—things like shrines and roshan matter too. the items you pick are also more crucial in dota than in league, since they often change the game's momentum with active effects. that’s why i picked dota 2 instead. oh, and all heroes are unlocked from the start, making it easier to adapt to opponents’ strategies by practicing with every hero.

I understand. The information provided is quite detailed. After considering all the suggestions and recommendations, I believe you might appreciate titles such as Divinity Original Sin 2, Pillars of Eternity I or II, The Witcher III, Monster Hunter World, Skyrim, and possibly FTL. It's also worth trying games like Viscera Cleanup Detail, Volgarr The Viking, and Subnautica if you haven't explored them yet. Remember to purchase games during sales for the best value.

Have you tried any of these games recently? Witcher 3, Divinity 2, GTA V. What about when you're on Twitch, which games caught your attention?

PvP in War Thunder offers three difficulty settings and four game modes. Difficulty options include Arcade, realistic, and simulator; the majority of players in EU/RU/US prefer realistic. Game modes cover Air (just aircraft), Ground (Tanks, Aircraft, Helicopters), Naval (Boats, Aircraft), and Helicopters only. I frequently focus on realistic ground gameplay, mainly targeting tank bombing.

In arcade, I think you can spawn 3 times within your lineup of vehicles, while in Realistic you need to earn points by doing stuff to spawn in vehicles after you die in your first, though they increased the amount of spawn points you start off with to make matches longer in a recent update. I'm not sure about one life modes, I know that in air realistic you only have one life, I think this is also the case in air Simulator.
In terms of game modes, that's actually one of the main weaknesses of the game, and what the community is pushing the devs to work on next. I don't remember the names of the game modes we have now, so I'll just link you to a page on the
War Thunder Wiki
.
