Hi everyone! I recently got a new graphics card and started using it. Everything seemed normal at first, but after about five minutes I heard a jet engine noise. Looking inside the PC, I saw that one of the fans was making a loud sound, spinning fast even when idle. I named this fan A and another B. I tried adjusting its speed settings with MSi Afterburner and ThunderMaster, but nothing worked—fan A was either off or spinning at maximum. Switching between auto and manual modes in those apps made it look like the fan ran at full speed while the software displayed a lower percentage. When I turned off fan A until the GPU temperature reached 50°C, fan B worked fine, and I could adjust its speed easily. Also, A was much louder than B when both were running at full speed. Before this issue, my 1070 GTX and 750 Ti were functioning perfectly. I think there might be a problem with how the fans connect to the GPU. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated!

Audiences tend to follow closely. A 100% or off reading suggests the device is functioning as a two-wire fan. It might be due to a loose connection or a faulty component. Alternatively, the fan could simply operate on a two-wire system.
