I noticed your CPU temperature fell by about 20 degrees after use. The old paste seems to have been quite outdated.

I haven’t spotted any fingerprints, yet I’ve handled plenty of Xbox models to understand when they require thermal paste.

It was quite a lot, definitely more than a standard PC CPU. I’d probably remove some of it since the heaters will expand when the xclamp is turned on.
