The same issue occurred after installing Windows 10. It could be related to BIOS settings concerning the CPU, such as virtualization or power saving features. I also observed in the event viewer that this information comes before BSDO.
After four months of trying to resolve the issue with my PC, I reached out to PSS support (Performance Supported States - AMD "Cool 'n' Quiet") in the BIOS settings. Four days after turning off this feature, I haven’t experienced a BSOD. I attempted various fixes but eventually had to disable the PSS option in BIOS. The crashing occurred after reviewing kernel and Filter Manager details in the Microsoft Community. Conclusion: if hardware is fine and no third-party drivers are involved, the most likely reason is power management settings. I hope this provides some clarity.
