Make sure to reconnect it, then right-click and adjust the drive letter. You should be able to proceed.

drive from the partition assistant.
If programs are already running, you might need to restart before the letter appears for another drive. From what I understand, this relates to disk management—probably should work—but you may need to adjust the drive letter for your current drive first and possibly restart if it blocks setting the new one.
