Operating the system with these specs can be demanding. Running at 3600MHz and using 32GB DDR4 RAM is standard, but the temperatures you experienced suggest potential overheating issues. The GPU and CPU typically stay between 70-80°C under load, yet reaching 90-92°C during intense games like Cyberpunk indicates possible cooling problems. If this happened once, it might not be a major concern unless it recurs. However, persistent high temps warrant checking the cooler performance, fan operation, and thermal paste condition. Consider cleaning dust from vents or upgrading to a more efficient cooler if needed.

In theory the processor includes thermal safeguards and will power down the system when overheating occurs, but those temperatures are quite high. I believe a cooler would help achieve better CPU temperatures even in a case with limited airflow. It seems the issue might relate to mounting pressure or insufficient thermal paste coverage, so I recommend checking that first.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll follow your suggestions carefully. After reviewing some references, the fans are correctly set up and oriented. I'll inspect the thermal paste and mounting pressure later. Right now, I slightly undervolted the CPU—it hasn't impacted performance, but it has reduced temperatures by about 20°C.
