It really hurts when so many people say they prefer it more than Far Cry 3. That’s not true! FC3 had its flaws, but it was still solid. The biggest issue was the uPlay experience—frequent crashes every 45 to 60 minutes, which were at least tolerable during bathroom and snack breaks. As for FC2, it had a lot of problems: weak weapons, annoying water reflections that felt far from the original game, and countless bugs making it hard to follow my next move. I’m new to gaming again after being back in November, and the last game I played was F.E.A.R. from the mid-2000s, with just a few Need for Speed titles in between.
I completely understand your stance, except I haven’t fully tried FC4 yet. I’ve watched some highlight reels on YouTube and it seems strong right away. Still, I’m planning to switch soon. After watching the first three matches for under $10, I’m hesitant to spend $30–60 for FC4.
Was es auf dem PC gespielt? Es ist sehr unzuverlässig. Manchmal treten Abstürze auf und alles wirkt ruckartig.
The footage suggests FC4 might be rebranded as FC3.5, with no major changes observed during gameplay. Controlling a tiger appears to be a recent addition.
It worked perfectly on my old computer. With my current setup, sometimes the NPCs would behave erratically. It doesn’t always occur.
Check if the issue is linked to the Crossfire configuration. Disable it and test again.
