Hey! You're dealing with a common setup issue when switching from an older HDD to a new SSD on your Windows 11 ROG Gaming laptop. The drive appears in Disk Management but not in File Explorer, which suggests it's recognized but not properly mounted or accessible. Since the BIOS and drivers are up-to-date on both machines, the problem likely lies with the file system or mounting configuration. You might want to try mounting the drive via Disk Management directly, or check if there’s a hidden volume or NTFS corruption. If you need further help, let me know!

Likely indicates the drives use a Mac/Linux filesystem that Windows can't handle. Consider installing a Linux distribution and mounting those devices.

It could work. I used to use MacOS and possibly replaced the hard drives then. Appreciate the idea, I’ll attempt to connect them to a Mac soon.

Several applications enable you to connect Mac-formatted storage on Windows systems. Options include UFS Explorer Standard Access, Mac Drive, and Paragon HFS+ for Windows. Their presence in the explorer may vary, but they can still be accessed via these programs.

It was a mistake—I didn’t set them up properly for MacOS extended. We have a few Macs on the job, so I think I could ask someone to lend me one to copy my files.
