I played for a short time and got frustrated because the weapons feel much simpler than CSGO's system. The Deagle in Source is overkill and I can hit heads easily all day. There aren't many serious competitive servers, it's mostly unpredictable and still enjoyable, though not what I expected from players with thousands of hours in such a game. In CSGO I'm just MGE after rank changes and feel fairly comfortable. In Source I was dismantling experienced players. A low-quality recording from the game, taken at 720P, shows what makes older titles appealing beyond their past reputation.

Change is disliked, which is why many still have 775 builds installed and continue to use Windows XP and Windows 7.

It used to be really bad back then, so I sometimes play it for a nostalgic vibe. Most people enjoy it because it's simple to play and still enjoyable.

He mentioned it in a way that highlights how fans still enjoy the game despite its flaws.

You're raised around it, you enjoy it, especially when you compete with talented opponents. I still cherish Halo CE and PS2 is a favorite. I'd rather play Need for Speed Underground than dirt3 anytime.

Sadly, the individuals you've been interacting with seem to be fully inactive, meaning your engagement is essentially nonexistent.

I enjoy playing GTA V for them, GTA SA nostalgia hits me, but my PS2 is still connected to my CRT.
