Maybe, though I’m sure from experience that if you own a Snow Leopard DVD, the bootcamp help isn’t necessary. Those drivers can run smoothly with just ten settings, and W7 support works out of the box.

Usually, the image remains valid as long as it's in a compatible format like ISO, which allows Windows to display only the bootcamp section when played in that environment.
