Hi, I just received this laptop from my dad for college. I followed some instructions on YouTube about resetting the MacBook. I completed all the steps but keep seeing an error saying the OS won't install. When I try to restart, it goes to the installation screen again and still shows the same message. I’d really appreciate your help. Please note the error image is attached. Also, since I’m a Windows user, this feels quite different from what I’m used to.
