Hey Everyone,
I recently got a new version of my previous headset. (The plastic on the headset has started to snap as is very old, so wanted a new one).
Headset: Hyper X Orbit S
Windows: 11
Desktop
USB Ports: 3.0
When using my old heaset (same cable) it works fine, I get audio, the lights work normally also.
When pluggin the new one in it has a hard red light on the side with occasional flashing of purple (The red is meant to be flashing blue). I get no audio and get a windows error of "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
I have tried uninstalling all the device drives, updating windows to the latest possible, turning the headset off for a few mins to fully shutdown then re-trying it. Plugged it in when the PC is on, plugged it in when the PC is off and then turned it on. But nothing works.
I can't install the drivers for the headset as cannot find them online. (Don't think the drivers exist). The only thing that exists is the Firmware which I updated on my old headset in the past. But I need it to conect before I can do that on this one. As it needs to load into the software.
I'm out of idea's and am desparate for help

The issue described suggests a possible problem with the headset's connection or hardware. According to the end user guide, this could indicate a defective, refurbished, or counterfeit product. It is recommended to check the purchase location and warranty status before proceeding further.
