offtopic: witcher 3 stuck due to bug

so I am currently in the mission where i am in a elven dungeon and "need to find evidence of Ciri's horse" but there is only a sign of a dove left on the wall that i cant interact with but that will light up red with my witcher senses though icant interact with it like the other symbols. here's a screenshot thanks for the help!

You need to engage with a few indicators, including one submerged below you. Have you tried that yet? Also, review the walk-through video to confirm nothing is overlooked.
