A free offline hexadecimal to decimal converter for Windows would be helpful. The formula is known, and calculations are easy, but handling larger numbers is time-consuming.

Alternatively, using the Windows 11 calculator in "Programmer" mode fulfills your requirements. You may also copy the values.

Thank you, but when I attempted to run the program and accepted the terms and conditions, it malfunctions and prevents me from starting it again. I am using Windows 10 22H2.

Thank you, I wasn't aware of this function. It is also available in Windows 10.
