It was strange, but I talked to them today to see if the OEM key I have would work for Windows activation. They said it should be fine, maybe I should ask about the ISO next. I'm going to try it soon and need to act fast.

Technically, if the key is valid, you can look for a torrent of a genuine, uncracked version of Windows 7 Ultimate and download it. You can then burn the ISO to a USB drive or use it as needed. There’s no issue or piracy concern when obtaining a clean copy, since official copies aren’t easily accessible for OEM keys. I won’t share links or instructions, just let you know that clean copies are still possible.
