Besides the single post from late last August mentioning more details would follow later in the year, there isn’t much official information available about it.
No one has shared anything substantial.
Don’t just share unofficial texture packs right now. I don’t get why people are spending time on ray tracing mods when they’re charging for them and can’t compete with real options when they become available.

I believe my bet is on the upcoming generation of Xbox, because it's being promoted with ray tracing capabilities, and I think Microsoft won't release ray tracing for Minecraft until their platform supports it.

This version works only with Bedrock Edition. Java requires mod support.
