I changed the device for the program and accessed my account, where I reviewed the purchase details. I had assumed you could only use the software on one PC at once, expecting an uninstall option, but only a download button was available. Have the guidelines been updated? Is it now permissible to install the software on multiple computers?

Install the removal process on the device with the software using Control Panel -> Programs and Features. Avoid removing it via the online site.
