It has become clear after working with Microsoft that obtaining the license key from the system for Office 2013 isn't possible. I considered writing a script to decrypt the registry key, but I'm unsure if anyone has a ready-made solution. Please note: this is not intended for home users; it's meant for corporate environments. Earlier technicians didn't save keys for individual clients.
