No, using a single antenna will slow your connection, cut bandwidth in half, and probably cause many dropped packets.

Use an Ethernet connection or a Wi-Fi mesh system. Ethernet offers much lower latency, which is ideal for gaming setups. USB-based Wi-Fi adapters introduce delays and reduce speed.
