Yes. But it won't be the case where you have one Win8 OEM and another Win10 OEM. They'll be connected so that your Win8 OEM becomes Win10. It's been mentioned several times that the version you receive matches the one you upgrade from. Therefore, the OEM status remains consistent, retail stays unchanged, and pirated versions stay pirated. All different editions (Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate) will function identically with Win10 (or as rebranded).
