Try not to erase it. It has a lot of items, mostly needs an update from 1803 to 2909 but you're seeing error code 0x0070005.

Ensure you back up the drive first, particularly if you haven’t done so before. Then proceed to format and wipe it thoroughly. Sadly, I abandoned trying to recover partitions long ago because I prioritize my time and mental well-being.

Great tips, thanks. When wiping and reinstalling Windows, I usually rely on Paragon backup and recover. I just want to make sure everything gets restored properly.

Check if the option appears in the correct menu path. If not, try restarting your PC or using an alternative method to reset it.

For a complete backup, navigate to "System" > "Update & Security" > "Backup" > "Go to Backup and Restore" > "Create System Image"

Thank you for your question. Using the image to restore the PC might bring it back to a previous state, such as 1803. That’s not a bad idea. Regarding the backup, you can use the current one unless it’s outdated; the system image should work with the files you have.
