This exciting game has been available for a week, but I'm still puzzled about it. Have you had a chance to play it?

It's only out on the PS4 so far. I'm waiting for the PC release. ;_; I loved the original games...please work faster people at Oddworld.

It's essentially a reworked version of the original Oddworld, presented in a slightly enhanced 2.5D style with improved visuals. Think of it as Oddworld with better graphics.

Consider listening to the original version of Abe's Oddysee while New N Tasty launches on different platforms. After that, enjoy Abe's Exoddus, which corrects the errors in the first one.

Sure, I've gone through it twice this month.

I've been experimenting with it. It's enjoyable, though challenging on hard settings—it's nearly as tough as the first one. The controls feel a bit inconsistent. They sit somewhere between the rigid lockstep mechanics of the original and the smooth gameplay of today's titles. The cut scenes resemble upgraded versions of the originals, which don't evoke wonder but trigger a sense of nostalgia.

I viewed their video about it and found it quite appealing. Their team put in a lot of effort during the remake; they didn’t just add basic HD textures, but made significant changes.
