I understand this might not be the best place for this issue, but I’ve always appreciated your support. The main change was from my PC to a new setup: Ryzen 5 1600 upgraded to 5600 RTX 2070 with Radeon 6950 XT RAM (2x8 to 16x2). There were some problems, but overall it ran smoothly. The issue is quite unusual. When I open the app and play a song, it works fine—great! No issues at all. (1) Except when I try to switch to a different track, the entire bottom section of the interface turns gray. However, if I let the song finish and then change to another track, it continues without problems. Switching between albums also functions correctly. If I play the same song on my phone using the same account, it works perfectly everywhere. My friends can enjoy it on both PC and mobile without any problems. It seems to vary depending on the band I’m listening to, but it’s mostly consistent across similar genres. I’ve tried disabling the app and even removed it, but it still doesn’t behave as expected. Anyone familiar with this problem? Do you know how to resolve it or what might be causing it? I’ve attached some screenshots showing the changes. The images are recent and cover more than just the bands I’ve listed; the Nija version stopped working about 30 minutes ago. It appears to be unstable and the grayed-out area is a recurring issue.

I don’t understand how to resolve this, but you might try using the Spotify web browser until someone here can assist you. https://open.spotify.com/

Great! It looks like a good adjustment. It might not be the best, but it works.

Check your internet speed; it might be lagging and causing the loading issue. You can also reach out to Spotify for assistance—they offer a support chat on their site.
