What's leading to these issues on your system? Frequent stutters and a drop to 97fps occur occasionally. Anyone notice any activity in the task manager?
Specs: 5090 / 9800x3d / 870 evo / 980 pro.
It seems this problem is only present in the game you're testing.

Hello! Could you confirm if every system driver, such as the GPU and chipset, is current? Also, what BIOS version are you using on the motherboard? If only one game is running, it might indicate either a driver issue or a game-specific bug. What is the RAM setup for your system?

Is this a joke? You randomly go from 100 fps to 97 fps and you think you have a problem? This is not stuttering, it's just normal frame rate fluctuations. No one on the planet can tell the difference between 97 and 100 fps. Your frame rate looks extremely stable according to your video and some insignificant drops like this will always happen.
