Hello! I've realized VR is quite appealing to me now that I have the budget for any available choices. I'd like to compare the two main options—Oculus and HTC—and decide based on immersion, game variety, comfort, and setup complexity. Your current setup matches your usual configuration, and I'll note that you're planning to add 2x8GB of RAM next week. Thanks!

Vive stands out as the toughest to configure yet offers the deepest engagement to date (since you can move freely within the game world)

No AAA Games yet. Some cool stuff, but nothing worth 900$ atm.

It features mostly indie titles and some cool tech demos. A few stand out as high quality, though most seem to be in early stages. Out of Ammo (likely not finished), Raw Data (also incomplete), The Lab (a montage of mini-games), Space Pirate Simulator (arcade shooter, really fun), Job Simulator, and Hover Junkers (Multiplayer Shooter). I also came across a dungeon crawler with a hack'n slash feel (name unknown).
