Hi, your i7 9700KF on Asus Z390M Prime is working at around 4.7-4.8ghz, but it becomes unstable above that. You can play games for a short time before seeing black screens or freezes. I see you're using an older board and want to push it to 5ghz. I checked some YouTube videos, but they also show instability. Your temperatures are normal according to hwinfo, though the system settings are set to LLC auto (level 6) with manual voltage up to 1.36V, which isn't helping. If you're looking for other users who managed higher frequencies, let me know!
I received another board and CPU, but the 5 at 1.36V isn't very reliable. The method that worked for me (9900k @5 1.26V) was setting LLC to level 2. You might need higher voltage for 5, but try 1.36 and LLC 2 to check stability.
