Downloaded a previous version of the driver and reverted to an earlier release. Fixed the flickering issue with the secondary monitor. It worked well. Good idea to test!

Yes, you can turn off your PC without issues and then restart it.

Certainly, you can switch it on and off, though the video seems to indicate a problem with the drivers.

When graphics problems arise, I usually press Win+CTRL+Shift+B. It often resolves the issue, though sometimes it works with just turning it off and back on.

Not an issue... Running DDU in safe mode is definitely the next move. It’s quite simple to cause problems with all the old driver remnants.

Latest user tests show problems with multi-monitor configurations on certain cards, notably the 3060 Ti. Nvidia has already noted this issue. Consider using an older driver if you encounter difficulties.
