Do you have an Intel CPU? I've heard some configuration tweaks on these chips can make them great for gaming but less so for other tasks.

Yes, I've set my 4K display to 125% scaling in Windows, but sometimes programs appear blurry because they don't manage it properly. Solutions include locating the .exe file and adjusting its settings so the program or Windows handles scaling differently. You could also configure a program to disregard scaling altogether.
