It seems your computer occasionally freezes while you're using your speakers and headphones. The audio output shifts between them, sometimes returning to headphones and other times to speakers. It feels like a restart but isn't clear exactly what's happening. Have you encountered this issue before?

Estimate of memory speed seems around 2133/2666mhz. Or are you exceeding 2666? If yes, consider auto default settings. If that doesn't work: turn off both SATA drives (blue + 240gb SSD) / disable SATA in BIOS.

You're experiencing freezing issues at 2666mhz, likely due to insufficient processing power or memory constraints. This can happen around every 30 minutes to an hour for short periods, lasting about 5 seconds.

Avoid using SATA drives. Turn off SATA in the BIOS settings. If this works, attempt with one SATA drive at a time.
