Is this freeze typical?

RAM usage is 75%.

CPU is 80% max.

Hard disk is 45%.

GPU is 55%.

During gameplay.

My specifications: GTX 950 OC Asus 2 GB: 245 MB free during gameplay, i5 2.8 GHz 6402p, 8 GB DDR4. Graphics are high. 50-60 FPS in a public session, 58-60 FPS in a closed friend session, and 60 FPS singleplayer with vsync on.

I experience these freezes in any game, very rarely.

Over the past week, freezing has occurred infrequently, lasting only a second without causing crashes. The game is fully playable. Occasionally, my antivirus scan and HDD reach 80% utilization; should I reinstall the antivirus on an SSD?
