Hallo, I've got a big problem. When I turn on my PC, it freezes sometimes, just like that. And when I am browsing Google Chrome.

She used to handle that until I adjusted the turbo frequency and set it manually to 4.2GHz... everything works now.

No infections detected. My computer remains lightly connected to the web. The processor and other components aren't overclocked. Turbo mode is disabled.

I’d remove Chrome if I were you, but look into your page file configuration... I’m guessing it might be related to RAM.

I reinstalled Windows 8.1, and I'm currently using Internet Explorer. The computer is running smoothly.
