I possess a WD Blue SN550 nvme 500gb SSD paired with a Gigabyte Z390 UD motherboard. The issue I face is that during operation on my PC, Windows displays "Something went wrong." An OS is installed on the device, but after restarting, only BIOS appears and indicates no NVMe drive detected. Despite installation, I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the NVMe card. Later, the motherboard confirmed the NVMe is present, and Windows booted normally again. However, the problem recurs periodically. I’m unsure if overheating—reaching up to 44°C during gaming—is the cause. Please help me resolve this. Thank you in advance. # Sorry for any English issues.

I might consider relocating the drive to a different port on your motherboard, but if that doesn't resolve the issue, the problem could lie with the drive itself. To address it, you could attempt to erase the drive using DBAN and then reinstall Windows via your Microsoft account. The 44°C threshold is acceptable, though values above 50 tend to cause more instability.
