My issue began when trying to play a game. The screen turned greenish for a moment, then went black with no signal and the PC made a loud noise. I had to restart it and realized I couldn't adjust the sound settings on the monitor. After updating the drivers, the problem was fixed. However, when I started a game again, the screen went black (no signal) once more. The situation worsened afterward. I experienced a black screen using Chrome, and after entering my password and pressing enter, I saw a black screen. Only the first time did I hear a loud sound from the PC (similar to a vacuum cleaner). My PSU is two years old, while everything else is around 7 or 8 years.
I also mentioned earlier that my PC would randomly restart with a high voltage warning.

I inspected the cables and examined the PC for any loose connections, but I didn't find anything.
It seems either the PSU or the GPU failed. Did you notice any unusual smells after the initial issue when you mentioned the PC made a loud noise?
Is your CPU equipped with built-in graphics? Consider using the motherboard's display output instead of the graphics card if possible, or try swapping components with known functional parts. The power supply unit you're using seems questionable for two reasons: first, it's a very low-quality model from an earlier era, and second, as PSUs age they lose efficiency and their power delivery capacity diminishes. Combined with the poor quality of your unit, this could easily result in failure.
